Please note that ordereliteesthetician.com cannot accept returns of medications shipped by the company if you wish to request a refund because your doctor has changed your treatment plan due to your medical condition or for any other reason. It is essential to consult with your doctor before making a purchase, as we cannot issue a refund for a box once it has left our warehouse and been delivered to you. Return process
We only accept returns or replacements if you received the wrong product. If you received a product you didn’t order or an unrelated product, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order, via email or live chat, and include photos of the product.
Once we have verified that you received the wrong product, we will provide you with a return address for next-day delivery. You must return the incorrect product in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
If we receive the wrong product, we will verify its condition and issue you a discount code for the shipping you paid, which you can use on your next order. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for any reason other than receiving the wrong product.
Changes
